May I suggest that you book a Club room at your next stay? We renovated the Club rooms last year and they are very, very cozy and inviting. Plus, Club guests can use the Internet for free and get complimentary access to the luxurious Club lounge.
For reference - there is a walkway from within terminal 1. Don't try and cross the road to the Sheraton from the terminal 2 bus stop - there is only a parking garage at this level. Thank you for taking the time to post your review on TripAdvisor. You seem to have had mixed experiences at our hotel.

Husband brought back the apple wine gift pack, with a bottle of wine, a logoed wine glass and Bembel.....very nice. The Bembel is a great idea, it makes a beautiful vase and there are lots of designs to choose from as each is individual.

Our hotel is indeed perfect for everything from small, confidential meetings and inventive product presentations to major international events and glamorous celebrations. Those glasses are great for everyday use and any kinds of water, juice, lemonade etc. and might make a useful and very Frankfurter souvenir. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. Food well cooked, very tasty and excellent value. Please do consider us again for your next meeting.
Sometimes at the bar, they have quite a large bembel and then they fill the smaller bembels with that. Claim your listing for free to respond to reviews, update your profile and much more. The location at the Frankfurt airport is perfect. It was a great location to meet and talk in the bar and restaurant in the middle of the hectic airport environment. I was involved in running a meeting for around 100 delegates, and I would recommend the service provided by the Sheraton staff. Everyone was polite, efficient and good-humored, with great attention to detail.

The great advantage is proximity to the terminal and very good meeting rooms. The bedrooms are quiet but dull and dowdy, tired and jaded, North American in mediocrity. For personal use, the Apfelwine comes in a bottle. At apfelwine pubs, they have larger containers which they then fill up the bembels with.

Since a few days we also offer free Wi-Fi for all hotel guests in the huge lobby area. Thank you for evaluating your hotel stay of last summer. Yet, I am sorry for the minor incident with our porter.

So please remember us when you book your next trip to Frankfurt or have a stopover at the airport. The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. There is a lovely patio as well as indoor seating. The staff was attentive and never tried to rush us, even when we realized we were still there beyond closing time.

The catering was excellent and the technical support in the meeting rooms was of a high standard. I booked in here as I was attending a congress in the hotel. This hotel is extremely efficient, seems well run, and is as convenient as you can get for the airport, being reached by a covered walkway. No real issues or complaints at all apart from the slightly over complicated arrangement for the bath and shower taps!
Np training, just a registered training of 1 day, then you start and if it's not ok the way you work they fire you, without knowing why you are out. The platform you work on has always problem, almost every days. This employer has not claimed their Employer Profile and is missing out on connecting with our community.
I am sure he meant well and did not expect you to have troubles at the check in counter. Please note that there are also several escalators at the airport that bring you to the hotel. You can also use them with trolleys and a stroller. If you want it all packed up nicely, Possmans, located on the Römerberg, have boxes that contain a bembel, a bottle of applewine and an applewine glass. My favorite things to give people from near where we live in Germany are the 1/4 liter wine glasses called Viertels. They come in a great variety of prices and ornateness with some being etched, and some being downright cheap.
Checking in was good but when checking out they kind of ignored my SPG status and let me wait in line for quite a time. This happened to me at other hotels from a different chain as well. If they have loyalty programs they should live them as well. One improvement - better signposting needed from the terminal 2 airport bus to the hotel entrance. I was not the only person wandering through the snow trying to find a way in!
